* Use this page to select the bag you want (Birkin) in the size/leather/hardware you want. You can confirm the color you would like your bag to be made in (both exterior and interior) via email. Our customer service team will discuss this with you.
* Checkout providing your information and selecting your preferred payment method. Please note that *if* you have selected an exotic leather model that the final price of your order may vary (price will be confirmed via email by our customer service team).
* Send in your 50% or 100% deposit. Please be prepared to make a 50% deposit for your handbag via wire transfer or WISE (these are the ONLY payment methods we can accept – Paypal will not work with us since we sell replicas).
* NOTE: If you wish to order a bag that does not match the specifications listed, please contact us via email at [email protected] and our customer service team will be able to assist you.
What Happens After I Place an Order with Hermès Heaven?
We will complete your bag, send you photos for approval, and then you can pay the remaining balance (if applicable in your case), and we will ship out the bag via DHL, UPS, or Fedex (express 3-5 day shipping). You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the bag on the shipping carrier’s site (e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS).

My first bag from HH was the Kelly and then the Birkin. I love both but the Kelly is my favorite. If you were to get sellier that’s a great day/evening bag and the retourne is my favorite day time bag. I like that I have the option to hand carry and shoulder strap. The birkin is beautiful and a good casual bag but there’s a lot of times I don’t want to carry an open tote bag out in the public so I end up taking out my Kelly. That said, the quality of both bags are top tier and when I compare them with my BFF’s authentic bags there is no discernible difference so I am very pleased.

I recently purchased my first rep Kelly from HH last month and arrived recently!! It is a beauty!! I compared some specs with my authentic Kelly and looks good- I’ll need to write a review for it soon… also I took it out for stroll to nearby Hermes where a lot of heads were turned (I assume they can’t tell it’s a rep…) I love my bag.

I was a hardcore Birkin fan but found the 25 to be too small and the 30 too big for daily use. So my new favourite H bag become the Kelly! Not the easiest to get into (would be better if it were in togo) but I still love it as a shoulder bag. I use my k25 for daily errands and my k28 for work. I’ve come to love the style! I get all of my H bags from Lucy (HH); she’s always been good with me and I have built a strong rapport with her.
