- Checkout providing your information and selecting your preferred payment method. Please note that *if* you have selected an exotic leather model that the final price of your order may vary (price will be confirmed via email by our customer service team).
- Send in your 50% or 100% deposit. Please be prepared to make a 50% deposit for your handbag via wire transfer or WISE (these are the ONLY payment methods we can accept – Paypal will not work with us since we sell replicas).

What Happens After I Place an Order with Hermès Heaven?
We will complete your bag, send you photos for approval, and then you can pay the remaining balance (if applicable in your case), and we will ship out the bag via DHL, UPS, or Fedex (express 3-5 day shipping). You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the bag on the shipping carrier’s site (e.g. DHL, Fedex, UPS).

Before I review the beauty I received from HH I want to explain that I learned about superfake birkins from a billionaires daughter while sitting in the closet of her $20 million home. Turned out the majority of her bags were reps, and she got them from one of these rich lady Tupperware parties. And yeah she’s on a charity board or two, the ppl employed by the foundation do the work 😂😂😂what do these ppl think charity work is? You just call up your other rich friends and ask them to buy a table! An event designer and in house staff do everything and you just make sure your outfit is on point… anyways back to my HH bag. I did a lot of research before I settled on buying a bag with HH and the service received from Lucy was straightforward and professional. Birkin had always been my dream bag. The holy grail of the bags for me. I was BEYOND overjoyed when I finally pulled the trigger on this one. The blind stamp is crisp and accurate well made. The inside of the bag shows there were no attention to details spared during manufacturing of the bag. Zipper runs smooth and it’s taught against the pocket’s top. The bag is fully hand stitched with the direction and type of the stitches just like the ones on the authentic bags. Glazing is precise and well applied on the outside of the bag. The inside of the bag has a small “blob” of glazing in one corner of the bag. I have been told by my friend that this also happens in authentics. Overall I cannot be more happy with this purchase!

Just got my bag! The bag is well packaged and comes in a nice H box. It feels like it came straight from the Hermès boutique. The texture of the leather is very clear, it feels very comfortable, and the edges are very smooth. The stitching on the bag is clean. no extra stitches. all hardware has sticker coverings, the bottom of the bag also comes with a protector, no scratches on the hardware or defects, the protection is very good. The logo embossing is done well, it is not simply covered on the leather, the indentation is clearly visible. Verdict? I LOVE my bag!

I’m really happy with the bag! I took it on a shopping tour of Paris over two days to see how it performed in the real world, and I am pleased that it passed with flying colours. I went into 2 Hermès boutiques (the main one on Faubourg St Honoré and the one on Rue de Sevres), 3 big department stores (Le Bon Marché, La Samaritaine and Galeries Lafayette), a few other boutiques (LV, Chanel and Loewe) and a Sephora. I am really pleased with the Birkin I received….The leather is amazing quality, the details are perfect. I know they use high tier sources from the same tanneries that Hermes sources from. I wanted a longer strap, and asked Lucy for a specific length, and they made it exactly as i wanted. HH staff are very brief and not chatty, but i think HH is great and they will be my go to for H bags.
